"Bullets and Beans has been my go-to every day. I love that it's really balanced. I make my own creamer and it didn’t matter if I had creamer in it or not—I was actually able to drink it black, which I can’t do with a lot of coffees because they upset my stomach. This doesn’t, no matter how many pots I drink a day.

Pot after pot, the quality is the same. No matter if I make it one cup at a time in my Keurig or I make a full pot, the quality, bag to bag, is the same.

This time, I wanted to expand my palate a little bit with the new Pecan Sticky Bun Supply Drop. When I first smelled the bag, I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t overly sweet. A lot of flavored coffees tend to cover up the actual coffee, but this one doesn’t. I love the caramelly undertones, and I’m really excited about adding this new flavor to my routine."

At Fallen Grounds Coffee, Zack leads the mission — but he doesn’t do it alone. Every bag is roasted in partnership with Mike, whose craft and dedication ensure the quality you taste in every cup.

Here’s Mike, in his own words:

"I roast coffee. I started this business in 2016 after I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia because I didn’t know how long I could work. We started out part-time, and by 2020 we grew large enough to get into our own building and roasting facility out here in Seymour — and we’ve been doing it since."

Mike’s journey reflects resilience and purpose, values that align perfectly with Fallen Grounds. As a retired Army veteran with 23 years of service, he shares Zack’s commitment to giving back to the veteran community.
